Pricing:

Although RCD makes every effort to avoid price changes, it is sometimes beyond our control to avoid them. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without verbal or written notice. The price sheets are intended for use as a guideline only. All products are shipped at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Please call for current pricing.

Payment Terms:

Unless previous arrangements have been made, all orders will be shipped C.O.D. All first time orders are C.O.D., certified check, money order or pre-paid by Visa or Mastercard.

Freight Policy:

All orders are F.O.B Nevada City, California. Freight charges are prepaid by RCD and are added to the invoice total. We ship primarily UPS. Please specify shipping instructions at time of order placement. For all air shipments , your purchase order must be received by 11:00am for shipment the same day.

Special Orders:

Allow up to 8-10 weeks. Sprockets 3-4 weeks.

Backorders:

Items not in stock will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as available.

Return Policy:

ALL DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED TO RCD WITHIN 5- DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY RCD PRIOR TO SHIPMENT – ALL RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA #, NO COPY OF INVOICE/PACKING SLIP WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE!

• All returns MUST have an RMA# clearly marked on outside of package.
• All returns MUST include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and be unused.
• A 10% RESTOCKING FEE is charged for all returned items unless due to our error.
• NO credit for freight will be issued, unless due to our error.
• NO returns after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• NO returns on Magnesium parts, special order parts, non stock parts or special order belts.
• Credit on returns will only be issued after an inspection of the returned goods, approximately 1-2 weeks.
• Credit on approved returns purchased with a credit card will be credited to the same card or issued credit.
• Belts approved for return MUST be returned in original packaging or of similar size to maintain the original shape of belt.
